Welcome to use D5 series software!
Dear users of D5 Render, thank you for subscribing to D5 Membership Service (“D5 Membership”) applicable across certain D5 products as described below under a unified D5 Account system. Please read this Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. It is a legal document that explains your rights and obligations related to your use of D5 Membership. By checking the confirmation box, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not or cannot agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not check the confirmation box. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support.
Definitions
“D5 Render” means D5’s rendering software product, which includes a built-in material library.
“D5 Works” means D5’s separate digital asset marketplace website.
“Eligible Library Materials” means the materials in the D5 Render material library that is designated as available to D5 Membership subscribers at no additional charge during an active subscription term.
“Membership Plan” or “Membership” means any of D5’s paid subscription types, including D5 Pro, D5 Team, and D5 Enterprise.
“Membership Discount” means the fixed discount available to D5 Membership Plan subscribers for eligible purchases on D5 Works, as displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
“Works Purchase” means a transaction concluded on D5 Works and governed by the D5 Works Terms of Service and License Agreement.
In case of conflict, the D5 Works Terms of Service, D5 Works License Agreement, and product-specific terms control your Works Purchases and the use of assets obtained there.
I Exclusive Functions and Benefits of D5 Membership
1. D5 Render Material Library
During an active D5 Membership subscription, you may access and use the “Eligible Library Materials” in the D5 Render material library at no additional charge. Eligibility is indicated in-product and may change over time. Use of Eligible Library Materials is subject to any in-product notices and the license terms shown there. When your subscription ends, access to Eligible Library Materials ceases;
2. Professional Customer Service
2.1 Regular D5 Render teaching courses;
2.2 Exclusive technical support, and priority to solving your software use problems;
2.3 Privilege of first experience with any new features of D5 Render and our new products.
3. D5 Works Membership Discount (Marketplace Benefit)
3.1 While your D5 Membership is active, you are eligible for the Membership Discount on D5 Works for eligible Product, as indicated on the relevant Product page at checkout. You are entitled to purchase all of the Product with a discount of 12% under normal circumstances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, D5 reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine promotional campaigns and pricing strategies, and may adjust the applicable discount rate from time to time without prior notice.
3.2 The Membership Discount applies to the then-current listing/eligible price, is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not stack with other coupons unless expressly stated. Creators may set their own prices and may participate in promotions; the Membership Discount is a pricing benefit and does not modify any license terms.
3.3 Works Purchases are separate transactions governed by the D5 Works Terms of Service and License Agreement. Licenses and download rights from Works Purchases remain as granted even if your D5 Membership later expires.
4. D5 Works Download Limits
4.1 Users with valid D5 Pro, Team, or Enterprise Memberships may download up to 200 free Products per day and 200 free Products per calendar month from D5 Works.
4.2 Non-paying users (including Community, Student, and Lab accounts) may download up to 5 free Products per day and 30 free Products per calendar month.
4.3 Both paid and non-paid users may purchase up to 50 paid Products per day, to ensure transaction stability and prevent abuse.
4.4 If a Product changes from free to paid (or vice versa), each download will be counted separately toward the applicable quota.
II Subscription Cycle
On the subscription page, you may choose a monthly subscription (31 natural days per month) or an annual subscription (365 natural days per year).
You will become a Member of D5 Membership either way, and there will be no difference in the membership functions and benefits during your membership period.
III Payment
1. Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You will immediately become a D5 Membership and enjoy exclusive functions and benefits.
2. Your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable fee and any taxes until you cancel. Before automatic renewal, we will notify you through [email/message], you can choose to cancel the subscription via the notification or procedure in the “Cancellation” section.
3. The automatic renewal cycle of the exclusive benefits of members is consistent with the monthly/annual subscription cycle you selected when you first subscribed:
For monthly subscribers, your Membership will be automatically extended for 31 days after the valid date.
For annual subscribers, your Membership will be automatically extended for 365 days after the valid date.
4. If excess payment occurs, please email to support@d5techs.com as soon as possible and contact D5 customer service to resolve this.
5. If your payment is not successful when your D5 Membership expires, your user identity will automatically revert from Professional Member to Community Member, and a notification email will be sent to you as a reminder. You may re-subscribe to continue to enjoy D5 Membership Plan.
6. We have the right to make changes to the fees applicable to your subscription from time to time, although we will not make any change to the fees applicable to your subscription during the current term (monthly or annual subscription), as applicable. If these changes result in an increase in the fees payable by you, we will inform you at least 30 days in advance of the change.
7. Taxes and Fees. Pricing is exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Where required by law, we may collect, withhold, or remit taxes. Currency conversion charges and bank fees are your responsibility.
8. Refunds. Unless required by applicable law, D5 Membership subscriptions are non-refundable once activated or if any Membership benefit has been accessed (including using the Pro Discount on D5 Works or accessing Eligible Library Materials in D5 Render). If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@d5techs.com within 14 days.
IV Upgrade and Plan Changes
You may upgrade or change plans as permitted on the subscription page. Upgrades take effect upon successful payment and any additional days are added to your current validity period. Downgrades (including switching to monthly) take effect after the current paid term ends. Plan changes do not affect licenses obtained via prior Works Purchases.
V Cancellation
You can cancel your auto-renewal subscription before the next automatic renewal:

Once unsubscribing, your user identity will automatically revert to Community Member after the valid date, and we will collect no auto-renew fee. If you have any questions about this, please contact D5 customer support at support@d5techs.com.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current paid term. Your Membership benefits—including access to Eligible Library Materials and the Membership Discount—remain available until the end of the current paid term. After expiry, access to Eligible Library Materials ceases; Works Purchases and their licenses remain governed by the D5 Works License Agreement.

VII Miscellaneous
1. Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms set out in this Agreement may not cover all the rights and obligations between you and D5, nor can the existing provisions be fully guaranteed to be consistent with future development needs. We may amend the Agreement from time to time according to the changes in applicable laws and regulations and the need to maintain service order and protect users' rights and interests. The changed Agreement (the "change matters") will be notified to you by legal or agreed procedures and become effective in accordance with law.
2. Service Changes. We may modify or discontinue specific Membership benefits (including the composition of Eligible Library Materials in D5 Render or the Membership Discount parameters on D5 Works) for operational or legal reasons. Any change will not materially diminish benefits already granted for the current paid term without a pro-rated remedy or a reasonable alternative, unless required by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved as set out in the D5 Terms of Service.
