The D5 Render Educational License includes all features of the D5 Render Professional License and one account is bound to one device only.

The Applicant undertakes that he/she has fully read and understood the “Service Agreement” and “Privacy Policy ” and other rules displayed on the D5 website, and undertakes to comply strictly with them. As the Education License account is restricted to teaching and research use only and there is no charge for the basic use of the account, the Applicant strictly undertakes to make the account available and use it only for the teaching use of the institutions and students designated by the owner of the D5 software.

The Applicant shall not rent, lend, sell, transfer, distribute or sublicense any D5 products, and shall not use in groups or resell D5 accounts for profit on any offline or online platform under any name.

In circumstances such as these, the owner of D5 Render shall have the right to revoke the account and all licenses belonging to it. Meanwhile, the Applicant shall not copy, plagiarize, disassemble and reverse engineer. The owner of D5 Render will not be liable for any damage to equipment or data resulting from the revocation of the account used as a result of a breach of the aforementioned conditions.
