We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information, and we are committed to maintaining your trust in us. We promise to take corresponding safety protection measures to protect your personal information according to the generally applicable safety standards in the industry. I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information


1. To help you register for a D5id to be our core user

When you use our Products or Services, we may advise you to sign for a D5id so that you can make full use of our Products, our Services and all their features. You need to provide a mobile phone number, e-mail address, etc. and create a password, nickname, to ensure the correspondence and recognizability of the account you created. You may use the corresponding functions and/or services of D5 Products (see paragraph 3 of this article for details)  after providing the above information and consenting to D5 Service Agreement and this Policy. If the product is upgraded in the future, we will change or add new functions/services. At that time, we will promptly inform and obtain your consent to confirm whether you choose to continue to provide the aforementioned or new additions for the purpose of using the updated D5 software Necessary personal information.

2. To provide you with network security and operation safety

In order to protect your account, network, operation and system security, prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan virus, and to better analyze problems with the product, we may collect your device information, computer name and hardware specification, operation system, network configuration and other software information, also some of the product usage information, including but not limited to your device identifier, hardware serial number and MAC address.

3. To provide you with other associated product functions and/or services​

For the following product functions and/or services, we may need to collect the corresponding personal information from you. If you refuse to provide, you will not be able to use such specific services, but it will not affect your normal use of D5 products basic functions and services.​

1) Customer Service. When you file a complaint, make a consultation or appeal to D5 products, in order to facilitate contact with you or help you solve the problem, we may need you to provide personal information such as your name, mobile phone number, email address and other valid contact information. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to feedback the relevant processing results to you in time.

2) Personalized Display Service. To facilitate your better management of preferences for a more relaxed access experience, we will conduct feature analysis and user crowd portrait of user preferences, operating habits, device information based on collected information to help you get community content that you are more interested in, or present content that is more appropriate to your needs on tool material and advertising recommendations to reduce your screening time for mass internet content. For this purpose, the information we need to collect includes your device identifier, language. If you are not interested in personalized presentation, you may turn off the functionality explicitly in this Policy.

3) Maintain Product Safety and Timely Troubleshooting. To maintain the normal operation of our Services, as well as to ensure your account security, troubleshooting products, improve and optimize our Services, we will anonymously collect your hardware information, device model and IP address, log information, use information (the number of use of specific functions) and so on. Such information is necessary for us to provide our Services, which is then de-identified and will not be used to identify any particular user.

4) Secure Accounts. When you are using password modification, security verification, complaint filing, and there are exceptions to these operations, we may ask you to provide valid identity information to ensure the security of the above operations.

5) Additional Functions: 

Other functions provided by third parties. Based on the characteristics of modern mobile Internet product interconnection, our Products may access other products or functions online by D5 affiliates or external partners, such as payment services may involve your payment information. D5 will not retain any payment information for the time being, but pay directly using a third-party interface. All payment related information will be retained by a third party (such as Alipay, Stripe, Paypal, Airwallex). We will only store and retain your information for the purpose of providing these functions or accessing them, and will not use them for other purposes. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use its relevant additional functions only. You can still use basic functions of our Products and other functions and services. Other third-party features may also be accessed to our Products. D5 products only provide advertising cooperation or accessing service. You need to carefully read the terms of services and privacy policies for such additional functions before using them. D5 products will not get to relevant personal information you leave while using these products or functions.

6) Additional Services: Receiving products, services, marketing or questionnaire information. For a better understanding of D5 products and related services, we will push our products, services, marketing information to your mobile phone or conduct related questionnaires to you. But if you don't want to receive this kind of information, you can reply "TD" by SMS or email, or use other ways we provided to unsubscribe.

4. We may receive information about you from third parties

1) When you use a third party account (Weibo, WeChat, QQ) to log in to D5 products, you can choose to authorize D5 to read and obtain the public information (including nicknames, profile photos) that you register, publish and record on the third party platform, subject to the relevant laws and regulations.

2) In order to provide better products and/or services, we require your authorization to obtain the above information from a third party to remember your login identity as a user of D5. We will only collect and use your personal information within the scope of your authorization. After you register or log in with a third-party account, your third-party account will be linked to D5id, you may cancel your linked account.

5. Use of your personal information based on other special circumstances

1) If you believe that your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint or report it according to our complaint procedure and contact information. During this process, we will ask you to provide your personal valid identity information to verify the authenticity of the complaint, the report. At the same time, if you apply to release your D5id exception, we may also ask for your valid identity information for verification. This is personal sensitive information, we will take strict confidentiality measures, and will not share it with any third party.

2) Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If we are to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or to use the collected information for other purposes based on a specific purpose, we will inform you in a reasonable way (e.g. page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc.) and obtain your consent again before use.

II. How We Use Cookies

Affiliates will seek your authorization consent again to change the purpose of personal information processing. Currently,  our affiliates include: Dimension 5 Techs Pte Ltd (D5 Singapore).

5) Share with authorized partners: Only for the purposes stated in this Policy, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners, such as promotion services, product analysis services, technical support services (including but not limited to Google Analytics) etc.. We may share some of your personal information to guarantee the successful completion of the services provided to you, and help us provide better customer service and user experience. We will only share your personal information for legitimate, valid, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will only share the information necessary to provide the service; at the same time, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal information, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal information for any other purpose.


We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual unless:

IV. How We Protect Your Personal Information

1. We have used industry-compliant security precautions to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information.​

2. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected. We promise that your personal information storage time will always be within the legally required or reasonably necessary period to achieve product functionality and services. For personal information beyond the deadline, we will immediately delete or anonymize.​

2) Search Information – you can delete your search history;

3) Post Content Sharing and Deletion—you can share or delete your own post content at any time;

4) Account Information Access and Correction – you can access or change your linked mobile phone number, modify password, login record, third party account binding and other information.

5) You can ask us to delete personal information in the following cases:

A. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

B. If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;

C. If our processing of personal information violates agreement with you;

D. If you no longer use our Products or Services, or if you cancel D5id;

E. If we terminate service and operation.

Once the deletion request above is responded to, we will also notify as far as possible the subjects who obtain your personal information from D5, and ask them to delete the corresponding information in time, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these subjects get your independent authorization. When you delete information from our service, we may not immediately delete the information from our backup system, we will delete the information when the backup is updated, or implement anonymous processing.

2. Withdraw your authorization

if you wish to withdraw your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your other personal information or wish us to correct, update or delete your personal information, you may contact us through the contact information in this Policy. We will process your request and cease collecting, using and disclosing your personal information within a reasonable period of time after receiving your email or registered mail.

Please understand and agree that when you withdraw certain authorizations, it will result in relevant product functionality not available. We will not be able to provide specific functions and/or services corresponding to your withdrawal of consent or authorization, and your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect the personal information processing previously conducted based on your authorization.

3. Response to your claim of right

For security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity when you make the claim above. We will process your request after verifying your identity. Normally, we will reply within [15] days. For your reasonable request, we do not charge in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain fee as appropriate. 5) response to your request will result in serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;

VI. How We Process Personal Information of Minors

1. We pay special attention to the protection of personal information of minors. if you are a minor under the age of 14, before using our Products and/or Services, please be sure to read this Policy in the company of your guardian and ensure that your guardian has explicitly agreed to use our services and provide us with your personal information.

2. We will only use, share, transfer or disclose the personal information of minors collected with the consent of the guardian for the use of our Products or Services as permitted by laws and regulations, the guardian expressly agrees or is necessary to protect the minor;

3. If your guardian does not agree you to use our services in accordance with this Policy or provide us with your personal information, please cease using our Services immediately and inform us in time;

This Policy may be updated according to business adjustments, relevant laws and regulations or policy changes. We will not diminish your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any changes to this policy on a dedicated page. For significant changes, we will prompt you by pop-up window, push and so on within our Products or Services.

if you disagree with the revised privacy policy, you have the right and should immediately cease using our Products and/or Services. If you continue to use our Products and/or Services, you are deemed to accept our modifications to relevant terms of this policy.

Significant changes referred to in this Policy include, but are not limited to:

1) The purpose of processing personal information, the type of processing personal information, the use of personal information and so on have changed;

2) Your right to participate in personal information processing and how it is exercised have changed;

3) Personal information security impact assessment reports indicate that there is a risk.
