Dear users of D5 Render, thank you for subscribing to D5 Professional Membership Service! Please read this Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. It is a legal document that explains your rights and obligations related to your use of D5 Professional.By checking the confirmation box, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not or cannot agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not check the confirmation box. And if you have any questions, please contact our customer support.
I Exclusive Functions and Benefits
1. Complete Material Library
You can use all the materials in the material library for free during the validity period of the D5 professional membership. D5 material library will continuously update all kinds of high-quality materials.
2. Professional Customer Service
2.1 Regular D5 render teaching courses;
2.2 Exclusive technical support, and priority to solving your software use problems;
2.3 Privilege of first experience with any new features of D5 render and our new products.
II On the subscription page, you may choose monthly subscription (31 natural days per month) or annual subscription (366 natural days per year).
You will become a Member of D5 Professional in either way, and there is no difference in the membership functions and benefits during the term of membership. III Payment
1.Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You will immediately become a D5 Professional Member and enjoy exclusive functions and benefits.
2.Your subscription will automatically renew without notice until you cancel.
3.The automatic renewal cycle of the exclusive benefits of members is consistent with the monthly/annual subscription cycle you selected when you first subscribed:
For monthly subscribers, your membership will be automatically extend for 31 days after the valid date.
For annual subscribers, your membership will be automatically extend for 366 days after the valid date.
4. If excess payment occurs, please email to email@example.com as soon as possible and contact D5 customer service to resolve this.
5.If your payment is not successful when your D5 Professional Membership expires, your user identity will automatically revert from Professional Member to Community Member, and a notification email will be sent to you as a reminder. You may re-subscribe to continue to enjoy D5 professional membership.
IV You may upgrade to annual subscriber within the validity period of monthly subscription.
the operation is as follows: Upon confirmation of upgrade, we will charge the annual subscription fee immediately. Once the payment is successful, 366 days will be added to the original valid date of your subscription rights; if the payment fails, then we will attempt to collect your payment in accordance with Article III, 4 and 5.
V You can cancel your auto-renewal subscription before the next automatic renewal:
please click the [unsubscribe] button at the bottom of “User Center - Profile”. Once unsubscribing, your user identity will automatically revert to Community Member after the valid date, and we will collect no auto-renew fee. If you have any questions about this，please contact D5 customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
VI For other matters not covered herein, please contact D5 customer support at email@example.com.
1.Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this Agreement may not cover all the rights and obligations between you and D5, nor can the existing provisions be fully guaranteed to be consistent with future development needs. We may amend the Agreement from time to time according to the changes of national laws and regulations and the need to maintain service order and protect users' rights and interests. The changed Agreement (the "change matters") will be notified to you by legal or agreed procedures and become effective in accordance with law.
2.The interpretation and application of the Agreement and the disputes in connection with the Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the place where D5 company（Nanjing Weiwu network Technology Co., Ltd）is located.
