Welcome to the D5 Educator Initiative Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
This program is open to educators and university mentors who are actively involved in teaching and promoting D5 Render on campus. Verification of your status as an educator may be required.
2. License Provision
Participants will receive a FREE PRO License with a trial period of up to two years. This is a floating license allowing access to D5 Render on multiple devices, intended solely for personal educational use. It is strictly prohibited to transfer or sell the license.
3. License Usage
The PRO License provided under this program is distinct from the EDU license and offers greater flexibility and convenience. It is non-transferable and must be used in accordance with D5 Render’s standard licensing agreements.

By joining the D5 Educator Initiative Program, you consent to receive marketing emails and communications from D5 Render. These communications will include updates on new features, educational resources, and other relevant information. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the emails.
6. Termination and Modification
D5 Render reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
D5 Render shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software provided under this program.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which D5 Render operates.By participating in the D5 Educator Initiative Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
